Our staff is professional, experienced and trained. The uniform for servers, bartenders is tuxedo pants, tuxedo shirt, bow tie and black backless vests. The back of the house positions chefs, prep cooks, and utility are required black or white polo shirt with black pants. Any other uniform request may be accommodated, with the appropriate and reasonable coordination.
